I called them after hours since they advertise 24/7 service and got answered by a very bad AI agent with fake background noise that kept interrupting me and was very pushy. I'm giving 3 stars because I don't know anything about the quality of their service, but the booking AI agent was awful and I think that deserves a downgraded rating. Edited to 4 stars after a thoughtful response from the owner acknowledging the issue.

I was very pleased with Total Plumbing regarding my recent issue with my waste system grinder pump. A technician was sent to my residence within 24 hours to address the problem. A part needed to be ordered and that part was provided within 48 hours, My system is now working perfectly. Special kudos to Jordan at the main office and especially to Vinny who was the technician that did the onsite work and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing to anyone with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.
